Can parents sign LIABILITY WAIVERS for children?

The Florida Legislature recently sent a bill to Governor Charlie Crist to allow parents to sign liability waivers for children participating in risky activities. "The initial child waiver legislation "would have let theme parks and adventure attractions waive gross negligence, but the weaker measure protects against only inherent risk, a much lower legal standard"

Has your child been injured? Before talking to the insurance company claim representative or a risk manager for the theme park or adventure attraction, speak to a Florida injury attorney.
