SEMINOLE FIRE RESCUE - Pinellas County Sheriff's Office - Road Rage - 113th Street and 102nd Avenue

PINELLAS COUNTY - Seminole Fire and Rescue and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office responded to a road rage incident that began at 113th Street and Park Boulevard and ended at 113th Street and 102nd Avenue.

One man was airlifted by Bayflight to Bayfront Medical Center with serious injuries.  Three (3) people were arrested, two (2) were charged with felony aggravated battery and the third as was charged with accessory after the fact.

STUDENT FROM OSCEOLA MIDDLE SCHOOL HIT by a car - STOPPED SCHOOL BUS


SEMINOLE -- A vehicle drive by a 69-year old woman hit a student from Osceola Middle School after she attempted to pass a stopped school bus, according to officials. The school bus was at a complete stop with the stop arm out, stop sign, and lights activated when the incident occurred.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the 12-year-old girl was attempting to cross the street when the driver of the car tried to pass the bus in a no passing zone and ran over the girl's foot. The injured child was taken to All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg and will require surgery.

The crash remains under investigation.

PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT on Seminole Boulevard near Bay Pines VA Hospital

SEMINOLE - A Seminole man is in critical condition after being struck by a car as he attempted to cross Seminole Boulevard near 54th Avenue.

The pedestrian was crossing the street just south 54th Avenue when he was struck by a car driven by a Madeira Beach resident. According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s office the pedestrian was seriously injured and taken to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg.

No charges have been filed against the driver of the car.
