Two car crash in Clearwater injures five people ◊ Gulf to Bay Blvd. ◊ Pinellas County

CLEARWATER - Five people were injured in a two-car crash in Clearwater on Gulf to Bay Blvd. at Lake Drive.  

The injured were taken to the Bayfront Medical Center by helicopter and ambulance with serious injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was taken by ambulance to Morton Plant with injuries described as not life-threatening. 

Witnesses say that the speeding driver caused the crash. The driver of the car refused treatment. 

The investigation is ongoing and investigators have also not yet determined if the children were properly restrained in the vehicle they were riding in.

Arbitration: Tricking People Out of the Right to a Trial by Jury

Buried in the fine print of most consumer contracts - such as credit cards, insurance plans and car deals - is a clause, which waives the buyer’s constitutional right to trial by jury.
