CITRUS COUNTY - The Florida Fish and Wildlife officials are investigating the death of a woman on the Withlacoochee River.
The boating accident happened just before 4:30 p.m. near the Citrus-Sumter County border. The 25-year-old woman fell off the pontoon boat she was riding in, and was struck by the propeller. She reportedly died from her injuries.
The investigation continues.
